Returns – Bharat Army Merchandise
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds – Bharat Army Merchandise
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note:
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
